Rokem Group, headquatered in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, has three divisions:

1) Rubber Chemicals Production Division: 
                   -  Qingdao Auxiliary Chemical Co., Ltd
                      -  Binzhou Auxiliary Chemical Co., Ltd
                  Which occupy large area more than 135,000 sqm.  Products are approved by many huge tire producers in the world including Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental etc.
        
        2) AtoN Division:
                   -  Shanghai Fuxing Navigation Digital Technology Co., Ltd
                   With recommendation by China Maritime Safety Administration, 
                   ROKEM is approved by IALA AISM to be one of the Industrial Members of IALA 
        
        3) Export Division
                   -  Shanghai Rokem International Co., Ltd
                   -  Rokem HongKong Ltd
                   Shanghai Rokem is the only import & export company in Shanghai which is approved by Chinese government to import and export Precursors and Chemicals used in production of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
